Cricket coach Narendra Shah in Uttarakhand was admitted to Doon Hospital for treatment under suspicious circumstances on Friday evening. Doctors recognized the deterioration of health because of the consumption of toxic substances. His condition remains critical, and he has been kept in the ICU.
However, the reason for consuming the toxin is not yet known. After receiving information from the hospital administration, the police started an investigation. At the same time, it is being told that since Friday morning, audio has been circulated on the internet media in the name of the coach, in which obscene (explicit) talk is being done with a female cricketer of the junior class.
Audio has been going viral on the internet media since Friday morning. A cricket coach is heard talking obscenely to a junior female cricketer. The person in this audio is talking to the cricketer by calling himself Narendra Shah. It is learned from the conversation that this female cricketer studies in a school.
Deputy Medical Superintendent of Doon Hospital, Dr. Dhananjay Doval, said that Narendra Shah had consumed toxic substances and his condition remains critical. The police officer in charge, Vidya Bhushan Negi, said he could not give a statement right now.
Information about the case is also being collected from the relatives. The person whose name is being discussed in the audio is the coach of a player in the Indian women’s team and a CAU member. It is not yet clear whether the coach’s name being mentioned in the aired audio is his or someone else’s. In this regard, City Kotwal Vidya Bhushan Negi said that the police have not yet received any complaint regarding the audio broadcast on the internet media.
