Clash Of Temperaments: Mohammad Amir’s Reaction To Fixer Accusation In PSL

One of the best pace bowlers in world cricket, Mohammad Amir, was seen having a verbal spat with a fan who accused the left-arm pacer” of “fixer.

Mohammad Amir was regarded as one of the best left-arm pacers that Pakistan has ever produced, and he immediately made a mark on the international stage after his debut. However, there was an incident in 2010 for which the pacer was arrested in England for spot-fixing.
Amir was handed a five-year ban for bowling continuously with no balls.

He was even arrested and served a three-month term in prison. Amir made a comeback to cricket in 2015 and rose once again to the international scene, making his comeback for Pakistan in 2016.

In 2019, Amir decided to take a retirement from test matches, and a year later, he decided to call off his international career. However, Amir still actively participates in various cricket leagues around the world.

However, recently a video went viral all over social media in which a bunch of Pakistani people called Amir a fixer. Amir first of all decided to ignore the chants, but later on he was involved in a verbal spat with the crowd.

Recently, Amir even accused the DCP of Multan of misbehaving with his family and ejecting them from the stadium. He even tagged Cm. Maryam Nawaz to take action against the authorities.

Amir took his X account and wrote, “Shocked by the unacceptable behavior of the Deputy Commissioner of Multan, who reportedly mistreated my family, arrogantly claiming ownership of the ground and unjustly ejecting them during a match. This abuse of power is intolerable! Urging authorities for immediate action.”

A day later, Amir further shared an update regarding the same on his X account, writing, “I am highly grateful for the chief minister’s @MaryamNSharif attention to my matter and for taking out the precious time to call me. All misunderstandings have been cleared by Deputy Commissioner Multan himself. I sincerely appreciate it and extend my best wishes to you as you embark on your new journey.”

Amir has had a decent season with the ball, as the pacer has picked up six wickets in seven matches in the ongoing PSL season.
