Celebrating 15 Years of Excellence: Ravindra Jadeja’s Journey in International Cricket

After achieving this remarkable feat, Ravindra Jadeja took to his X account, and he said that he has been grateful for every moment throughout these 15 years. Ravindra Jadeja made his international debut in the ODI format of the game on February 8, 2009, against the Lankan Lions.

He has featured till now in 197 games for men in blue, scoring 2756 runs at an average of 32.42. He also picked up 220 wickets in the same number of games.

Ravindra Jadeja even made his T-20 debut against the same opposition on February 10, 2009. So far, Jadeja has played 66 of 20 games for India, scoring 480 runs with an average of 22.86.

Although his batting numbers are not that fascinating, he has been quite impressive with the ball, as he has picked up 53 wickets with the ball.
Jadeja has been a vital cog of team India across the three formats of the game. However, he is currently out of action for Team India as he missed the second test against England in Vizag due to injury.

Nevertheless, he is currently at the NCA working on his injury to regain his fitness. He is expected to be back in the Indian team for the third test match against England, which is all set to start on February 15 in Rajkot.
