Breaking News:- BCCI Announced Five Team For Women’s Premier League; Break The Record Men’s IPL Biding

The bidding of the Women’s Premier League 2023 has been completed. This is the inaugural season of the Women’s Premier League.

In the first season of the bidding for teams, WPL broke the record of the inaugural Men’s IPL in 2008. Five teams for the Women’s Premier League will participate in the first season, and these teams have total bid of INR 4669.99 Cr.

Adani Sports Group won the bid of team Ahmedabad on INR 1,290 Cr, which is the highest bid of the Women’s Premier League. Capri Global group have won the bid of team Lucknow on INR 757 Cr, which is the lowest bid of the Women’s Premier League. Indiawin Sports Group also buys a team in the WPL for Mumbai on INR 912 Cr, RCB group of Men’s IPL team has also won the bid of a team Bangalore on INR 901 Cr. The fifth team of the WPL has been won by JSW GMR Group of Delhi on INR 810 Cr.
