Big Breaking: Mohammad Amir Is All Set To Make His Comeback After Retirement, Here Is The Full Update

Retired Pakistan Pacer Mohammad Amir has wished to play for the Pakistan National Team once again. As we know that the former pace spearhead of Pakistan has retired from all the formats of cricket due to lack of opportunities under the chairmanship of Ramiz Raja, the former PCB chairman.

Mohammad Amir last represented Pakistan in the year 2020 where he played his last match against England in T20I. Ramiz Raja was sacked by the apex council and Najam Sethi was appointed as the chairman. It is being reported that he has permitted Amir to practise at National High Performance Centre.

Recently, Mohammad Amir talked to reporters where he clarified his intention to play for the team again.

While having a conversation with NDTV,”If Allah wills, I will play for Pakistan again. But I would like to play and perform well in the PSL.”

During his retirement in the year 2020, Amir made some allegations on the former PCB chairman Ramij Raja where he told,”I’ve been tortured by being told the PCB invested a lot in me. I’ll just say two people invested in me a lot: (former PCB chairman) Najam Sethi and (former Pakistan skipper) Shahid Afridi. They were the only two. The rest of the team was saying, ‘we don’t want to play with Amir.”
