BCCI releases the list of all official trades So far in IPL, Some shocking news inside

In a very important change, the BCCI has published a list of all the trades done in the IPL 2026 before the deadline for retention today. The Indian cricket board has given the final word on the matter after there was much speculation about the movement of players with big names.

Mohammed Shami is going to LSG

One of the major movements is that the fast bowler not only parted ways with Hyderabad in one of the major trades but also made the move to Lucknow Super Giants for IPL 2026.

This move is all about making the cash exchange work for both teams. A 10-crore player being bought at the 2025 mega auction will receive the same amount at LSG for the next season. Interestingly, the Capitals also expressed interest in hiring the right-arm pacer for IPL 2026 through the Delhi franchise.

But, it was the SUNRISERS management that decided which proposal was more acceptable to them and finally, they favored the Lucknow franchise over the Delhi team or the Capitals.

Nitish Rana is going to DC; Other official trades

Along with Shami, Nitish Rana has also moved his base from Royals to the Capitals in a deal involving only cash. The Royals have received a sum of ₹4.2 crores from Delhi to release Rana for IPL 2026.

While that is going on, the Capitals have released Donovan Ferreira to the Royals for ₹1 crore, which is a step up from the ₹75 lakh he earned in 2025. Also Arjun Tendulkar has completed his transfer from MI to LSG for his current salary of ₹30 lakhs. Meanwhile, Mayank Markande has gone back to MI for ₹30 lakhs.

Nonetheless, not only has CSK and RR done the trade of Sanju Samson to CSK and Ravindra Jadeja to RR, which also includes Sam Curran to RR.
