BCCI Announces 15-member Squad For T20 World Cup, No Place For KL Rahul; These 4 Players Make Into Reserve

The Board of Control for Cricket India has announced the 15-member squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. Rohit Sharma has been appointed as the captain and Hardik Pandya despite having an average IPL season has managed to get a place in the squad.

The management has got two specialist wicket-keepers in the name of Sanju Samson and Rishabh Pant. The star batter of Chennai Super Kings who is performing continuously for the management with his hard-hitting skills has made a place in the squad.

Talking about the all-rounders, apart from Hardik Pandya and Shivam Dube, Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel have also got a place. Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal are two prime spinners in the squad.

In the pace bowling department, there are only three bowlers which include, Arshdeep Singh, Jasprit Bumrah, and Mohammed Siraj.

The BCCI has also kept some reserves in the name of Shubman Gill, Rinku Singh, Khaleel Ahmed and Avesh Khan
