“Are they Aliens from another world…” Junaid Khan Criticized Indian Cricket Team For Not Travelling To Pakistan

The effect of bad political relations between India and Pakistan is visible in cricket. Both nations’ cricket boards have come face to face many times regarding the Asia Cup 2023, and till now, no decision has been taken on organizing this tournament. At the same time, doubts remain over Pakistan’s participation in the ODI World Cup to be held in India this year.

According to media reports, the Pakistan Cricket Board has not yet given any written assurance to the ICC regarding its participation in the ODI World Cup. After this, speculations are made that the Pakistan team may be out of the World Cup.

After this, Pakistan fast bowler Junaid Khan slammed the Indian team for not traveling to Pakistan. He stated that every other country, like Australia, New Zealand England, is traveling to Pakistan, and they haven’t any security issues. Why does the Indian team have it?

“The situation in Pakistan is good. If other teams are coming, such as Australia, England, South Africa, and New Zealand, and they have no security problems, then why does India have a problem? What is the reason for this? Are they Aliens from another world who have security problems?” said Junaid Khan.

He further explained the issues seriously and requested ICC to investigate this matter because Pakistan is not a small team, and they are recently number 1 in the ODI ranking.

“The ICC should look into these issues; otherwise, cricket without Pakistan is impossible. Pakistan is not a small team; just a few days ago, Pakistan was the world’s number one team and is still among the top three teams,” he added.

Pakistan is hosting the Asia Cup 2023, but BCCI Secretary Jay Shah has categorically refused to go to Pakistan because of the safety of the players. There is a daily debate between PCB and BCCI on this issue. In this episode, the Pakistan Cricket Board has refused to come to India for the tournament of the World Cup 2023 (ODI WC 2023) to be held in India this year.
