Amir makes a massive prediction regarding the India Vs Pakistan clash in the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy

Former cricketer of Pakistan and ace in the previous Pakistan Green glut, Mohammed Amir, is only servicing an underfoot World Cup prelude. The bold prediction of the ICC tournament this time around was in Pakistan, he said, will encounter and finally have a much better chance against India when they contend during the ICC Champions Trophy to commence next month.

According to the ICC Champions Trophy schedule, there is to be a high-voltage match between two comparable teams: India and Pakistan, which will take place not earlier than February 23 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Out of the last five gatherings between these two great sides in the Champions Trophy, Pakistan has won two matches against India, while India accounts for a full 100% World Cup record as far as one-day international format record.

In that match, which happened in the last year, Pakistan was all over India with 180 runs and bagged the 2017 Champions Trophy. Since Pakistan defeated Australia in Australia and then South Africa on their recent remarkable performance, tiers are now finally showing their metal qualities, particularly in overseas conditions in which games are staged. Judging from recent events, I feel that Pakistan, however, is to be the better side between them and India. So far, every time there is a crucial tournament, I back India, which really is my darling team. But the difficulty concerned the Indian team has been criticism from several quarters after recent losses,” he said, as quoted by The Times of India.

Jasprit Bumrah has been an excellent fast bowler, and he now has a back injury. That makes his place in the India World Cup 2021 squad something of a question. I think Amir himself feels pressure as well due to his absence.

“Bumrah missing out would be huge for India. He has been a leading bowler for India, leading from the front. He has led the bowling unit pretty well, including these two Test matches. Without him, the unit is reduced to 40-50 percent.”

Recently, Bumrah steamrolled his way around the world in a Test series against Australia with some 32 wickets in five matches, case of which is known to be the most successful Indian bowler at home.
