Australian captain Steve Smith won the toss and elected to bat first in the fourth Test of the Border-Gavaskar trophy. However, the Ahemdabad Test is not going well for the Indian wicket-keeper batsman KS Bharat.
On June 9, the Ahmedabad Test match got off to a nightmare start for India wicketkeeper KS Bharat. Travis Head missed a simple catch at the start of the game off the bowling of Umesh Yadav. Bharat backed by the Indian management ahead of KL Rahul and Ishan Kishan also gave 8 runs in form of byes.
Indian fans are not happy with the performance of KS Bharat behind the wickets. The variable bounce and unexpected seam of Mohammed Shani and Umesh Yadav gave too many discomfort to KS Bharat and then he became a troll material on Twitter.
Head was dropped by Bharat while he was batting at 7 runs, and the aggressive left-hander was fortunate to be caught and removed before he might have caused long-term damage to the Indian team. Head attempted to step back and chip Ravichandran Ashwin over the top, but instead gave a simple catch on mid-on to Ravindra Jadeja.
