46th Ton For King Kohli In The 3rd ODI, Breaks These Multiple Records Of Sachin Tendulkar

Virat Kohli scored another century today. The talismanic Indian batsman has now scored three 50-over ODI hundreds in the past four games, bringing his total to three. India seemed poised for a huge total as Kohli scored his 46th ODI century in just 85 balls.

By this performance, Kohli has now amassed the most ODI tonnes at the home of any batsman in history, surpassing Sachin Tendulkar’s long-standing record. Tendulkar had 20 hundred at home, but Kohli now leads India with 21 tonnes. With a total of 14 ODI tonnes in South Africa, Hashim Amla remains well behind in third place.
